The Annual New Moon in Aries is the Best Time for Creating Your Vision Board

Aries coincides with the start of Spring, and is the first of the twelve zodiac signs. Aries represents independence, new beginnings, optimism, fresh starts, innovation, exploration, taking risks, self-discovery, boldness, and courage. It is taking a leap of faith and going on the road less traveled in order to uncover bright new possibilities. Given the symbolism of Aries, it makes perfect sense that the most auspicious time for creating a vision board would be the day that the new moon occurs in Aries each year. Anything that is started on the day of the new moon will grow quickly and easily

A vision board is a visual representation of your dreams, upon seeing it your subconscious mind will work to make those images a reality.

We can use astrology to co-create our destinies. We are born with certain proclivities but karma is constantly changing with what you say and do.
Timing is everything, effort without correct timing is of little use or none at all.

The vision board is releasing our intentions out into the world and making it crystal clear in our minds. It is more than an intellectual desire, what this board represents symbolically becomes heartfelt and feels right at that time and space in our lives.

Timing of the new moon in Aries is Thursday April 7th 2016 at 7:24 am EDT. The best results will happen if the vision board is completed within 8 hours of this time, however if you do it the next day that is still fine. Do not begin the process of the vision board even minutes before this time, you would then be in the discharging phase of the moon which isn’t good. You can get your materials ready (magazines, scissors, poster board, glue, tape) before but don’t actually select the photos or begin pasting them until after the new moon.

At the time of the new moon or shortly after, select the headlines, pictures, photos or words that attract you. These represent feelings, experiences and possessions you want to have. When you are done collecting all the images and phrases, begin to arrange and then paste them on the board. There are no specific rules for the arrangement of the images, rather just let yourself be guided by what your heart tells you is correct. Or even if while creating the board you feel the need to return to the selection of photos, you may go ahead and do it. You may create a separate board for each area of your life or you may wish to create a central one with everything on it-- both techniques are equally effective.

You need to put the vision board when completed in a prominent place in your residence so that you see it daily. The subconscious mind will take it in and create the visual map in your mind. If you have affirmations on it, you may benefit from saying them out loud in front of the mirror at the same time each day. The time before you go to bed, especially the last hour or so is a very good time to visualize and internalize the board. As the goals you posted come true, don’t take them down, it’s a good reminder of what you have accomplished. Other than that you don’t need to do anything else for the power of the vision board to work other than a sincere, strong belief that you can turn your dreams into reality.
