In Vedic Astrology we have a rare alignment of planets happening, that hasn't happened for thousands of years. Every planet except for Venus are simultaneously in their own signs or exalted, making them tremendously powerful and auspicious. All the planets feel very comfortable in these signs, allowing them to exert their influence to their highest potential. This means this is an excellent time for launching any new projects, conceptualizing new plans or formulating goals, meeting new people, filing a lawsuit, interviewing for a job, sending out resumes, going on vacation, opening a business, and grand openings of any sort. However, Venus is getting a square from Mars and opposition from Saturn, so it's not the best time for marrying or dating or anything else Venusian.
Children born on these days will be special and will have many unusual talents. We are lucky to have a few exalted planets in our charts but to have this many is very fortunate, and an indicator of some very good karma. There are a larger percentage of old souls that will be increasing the collective consciousness of the world. Note that I am referring to the birth chart (rasi). In the navamsha it is a little more common to have multiple planets in their own signs or exalted. The navamsha takes effect in your mid thirties or upon marriage, whichever is earlier. Sun is in Leo until September 16th Mercury is in its sign of exaltation in Virgo from September 1st to September 22nd Mars is in its own sign in Aries until October 3rd though there is a retrograde starting tomorrow and lasting until November 13th Jupiter is in Sagittarius until November 20th Saturn is in Capricorn until January 2023 Rahu and Ketu will be in Taurus and Scorpio, their signs of exaltation on September 23rd and will stay there for about 18 months. The Moon is exalted in Taurus on September 8th-10th and in its own sign Cancer from September 13th-15th

Cool, that's really good to know about those dates. I'm supposed to interview tomorrow so hopefully that good luck will be on my side.

I am a lucky dad, my beautiful baby girl was born September 9th at 11:05am. I already know she is extra special but finding out about this planetary alignment really amplifies everything. Do you do readings for babies? My wife and I would be very interested in getting one done for her.

I had no idea that having that many exalted planets or planets in their own signs has not happened in thousands of years. I'm a Vedic astrologer and have not come across many clients having 5 or more planets in this condition even in the navamsha, and certainly not in the rasi. Now I know why it's never happened in the rasi!

Wish I came to this article sooner, that's really interesting about the dates being that rare. I'm fascinated with astrology, and the quarantine has given me a chance to explore. My wife found out we were pregnant during that time you mentioned earlier this month so maybe some of that luck will rub off on us!

Congratulations Derek! That is wonderful news, you and your wife must be excited. I am happy you have gotten a chance to learn astrology in more depth, when I started it was by studying charts and seeing how the planetary energy was evident in my family and friends. Still believe that is the best way to learn. You can make free charts on www.astro.com
